Not by what looks good on a slide. Each phase exists because the previous one can't be trusted without it.
Phase 0 — Foundation · COMPLETE
- Brand, positioning and mechanism design locked
- Kernel contract specified — four functions, minimal surface
- Venue registry v0 defined with a restrictive default list
- Site and documentation published
Phase 1 — Fair launch · IN PROGRESS
- Deploy on a public Solana bonding curve — no presale, no private round
- Publish contract address and vesting address on this site and X only
- LP lock at graduation, publicly verifiable
- Routing reserve funded into the kernel
Phase 2 — Kernel live
- Kernel deployed with the split ratio fixed in the contract
- First routing cycle executed and published in full
- Public ledger page — every claim, route and return, readable by anyone
- Independent review of the kernel contract before funds route through it at scale
Phase 3 — Governance
- Governance module live — proposals, weighted voting, binding execution
- Venue registry transferred from deployer control to governance control
- Delegation enabled for holders who can't vote every cycle
- Treasury dashboard with public participation metrics
Phase 4 — Keeper network
- Permissionless keeper nodes — anyone can run one, collect fees, verify the rule
- Node documentation and reference implementation published
- Venue expansion via governance, one proposal at a time
- Long-run objective: routing becomes the default rather than a novelty
Sequencing is deliberate. Nothing routes through the kernel before it has
been reviewed, and the registry doesn't leave deployer control until governance can actually hold it.
The order is the safety mechanism.
This is a statement of intent, not a promise. Timelines slip, scope changes,
and phases can be reordered by governance. Nothing on this page commits to delivering anything by a
date, and nothing here is financial advice.
